Refund policy

Thank you for your interest in our products and services! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This policy outlines our refund conditions for various products offered on our website.

Refundable Products

The following products are eligible for refunds under specific conditions:

  • Mentorship Programs:

    • Premium Blue Tier: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if all the related emails were opened are read, and all initial tasks assigned within the first week are completed. This demonstrates your commitment to participating in the program.

  • Courses:

    • Youtubeneur Foundation Accelerator: Full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have completed the entire course curriculum, actively engaged in the community by participating in discussions and asking questions, attended at least 50% of the weekly coffee calls, and demonstrably attempted to implement the course learnings.

Non-Refundable Products

The following products and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once they have been downloaded.

  • One-on-One Consultations: As these are personalized services, refunds are not applicable.

  • Masterclasses and Workshops: Due to the limited availability and immediate access to valuable content, masterclasses and workshops are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Timeframes

For eligible products, refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your request and final approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Process

  1. Request a Refund: To request a refund, please send an email to hello@peepoye.com within the specified timeframe for your product. In your email, please include the following information:

    • Your full name

    • The email address associated with your purchase

    • The phone number used during the purchase

    • A copy of your purchase receipt

    • A clear statement of the reason for requesting a refund

    • For applicable products, confirmation of whether you have completed all tasks, read all materials, engaged in the community, and attended required calls/sessions.

  2. Evaluation and Discussion: Our team will review your request and may contact you for a brief telephone call or video session (preferred) to discuss your experience and feedback in more detail. These calls will be recorded for authentication purposes and to prevent fraudulent attempts to access our intellectual property. This helps us assess your genuine effort and identify any potential mismatches between your expectations and the program's outcomes.

  3. Refund Decision: Based on the information provided and the discussion, we will make a final decision regarding your refund request. We strive to be fair and consider all relevant factors before reaching a conclusion.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if we believe the request is fraudulent or abusive, or if the conditions for a refund as outlined above are not met.

  • Processing a refund may take up to 30 business days after the final decision is made.
